      My fiance and I go to Koi as often as we possibly can. The sushi is amazing as well as the entree options. Not only is the food amazing and made hot when you order it, the service is also outstanding. I would recommend Koi to anyone who enjoys great food and great service!

      Kathy and Dan ROCK!  So many options to choose from.  I'm a chef and this is one of our favorite places to eat.  The quality and service is top-notch.  You can get Vietnamese, Thai, or Sushi...3 of our favorite cuisines.  We honestly go there at least once a week and are never disappointed.  Thanks KOI!!

     The Best Thai Food...I tasted other thai food in Franklin and they do not compare. Their Thai food is as great as the Thai food on the west coast.  Excellent food and service.

     we order the same thing there every single time for to go order. but the price is always different. once we told them veggie spring roll. when we got the food, it's fried. we want the cheap ones with rice wrap! or are they just acting fool so they can charge us more?

Dear Jennifer, we are truly sorry for any misunderstanding. Our spring roll is deep-fried and our fresh summer roll is not deep-fried and is made of rice paper. Our goal is to provide our customers with great service and great, fresh food at reasonable prices. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you feel like you've been overcharged, please come in and our staffs will give you an itemized reciept of your order. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

     my husband and i went to koi's often and the service was always good(he is american and i m chinese), my two friends went to koi's today(one american and two chinese), the server is different too. she treated me and my friend unfair compare to the american. why is that?

We love this place. I have not had anything off the menu that I havent enjoyed. I highly recommend. The staff is incredible and the sushi is insanely good. Go go go!!!

Not only is Koi Sushi and Thai good at what they do, they are consistent. The quality remains the same level of excellent. Presentation is excellent. Portion size is excellent. Their Thai food is excellent and the Sushi is amazing. If I could give them beyond 5 stars i would.
